Ask a new question. I have a strangest question to ask? Previously, I have made several slide presentations which audio was included, within PowerPoint version.
I then stored the presentation with all the relevant files related to the presentation in one folder for future use. In the past with PowerPoint presentations have played back perfectly from that folder.
Recently, I have upgraded office and PowerPoint to I have now completed a new presentation which includes audio.
This was currently on the desktop. When I tried to move the presentation into the file that I created with the relevant information of the presentation. On opening the presentation from the folder, the audio automatically plays without the slides changing.
A uninstall and reinstall was carried out, whether to see if there were some problems with the programme. I hasten to add the issue is not resolved.
I have since moved the presentation back to the original destination- the desktop and now seem to play satisfactory. I would be very grateful if anyone can any one assist me on this matter?
